Felix Kabara Chege is a seasoned trade expert and influential advocate for intra-African and global trade. He is the founder of Real Sources Africa (RSA), a pioneering AfCFTA-focused trading company that bridges African manufacturers with international markets. Through RSA, Mr. Chege is driving inclusive economic transformation by unlocking export opportunities and strengthening Africa’s role in global value chains. He currently serves on the Board of the Micro and Small Enterprise Authority (MSEA) under Kenya’s Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, where he champions policy and program development to accelerate the growth of small enterprises across Kenya. At the county level, he contributes to regional economic planning as a board member of the Nyandarua County Trade Development and Investment Authority, shaping local trade, investment, and industrialization strategies.
