Faderco, a joint-stock company (SPA), is first and foremost a family business. Founded in 1986, we have continually diversified our offerings by maximizing local inputs. Our history stems from the accomplishment of large-scale industrial projects and the launch of tailored products.
All of this is made possible by constantly listening to consumer needs and market imperatives.
It all started with cotton buds and feminine hygiene, which were the first activities developed in 1986. Faderco is today the national leader in feminine hygiene with a wide range of 14 products ensuring the daily comfort of 12 million women.
Faderco continued its expansion with the introduction of baby diapers in 2000, making them accessible to all. Our baby diaper brands now make Faderco the market leader, producing over 820 million diapers annually.
Faderco is constantly evolving, and fully national production has always been at the heart of our strategic thinking. Our Uni-form brand, specializing in adult incontinence products and bed pads, is the best example: it took Faderco just three years to achieve 100% national coverage in adult incontinence.
This long-term thinking has also led us to produce locally, since 2015, the paper pulp needed for the processing and production of the majority of our products.
